One of our clients decided in 2019 to carry out a refurbishment of their Headquarter in Bucharest. Colliers was awarded, after a Tender Process, with the Project Management, Concept Design & Technical Project, as well as the Change Management services. From the beginning of our involvement, our strategy was to act as a common point of contact for all parties involved in the redesign and refurbishment process.

Service: WELL Health-Safety

Țiriac Imobiliare has appointed Colliers to obtain WELL Health-Safety certification, the latest building appraisal system introduced by the International WELL Building Institute that helps landlords and tenants adapt their buildings to the post-Covid-19 reality.

The initial plans of this client were to expand with 3,000 sqm in the current building, but upon providing it with research of how the rest of the industry is situated, the company realized that the location and the quality of the space do not offer the competitive advantages needed for intensive recruitment and retention. We secured a top location with great value for money and a far better access and transport for employees.

Service: Tenant Representation, Workplace Advisory & Change Management

The client appointed Colliers to run a Stay vs. Go process in order to decide the best option for a new leasing term starting in July 2021. It was a request for a 5,000 sqm office space located in the western area and to secure the best possible financial terms. Colliers supported the Client in formulating the request, obtained customized offers for the main office buildings located in comparative areas and negotiated the best financial terms.
